SHIPPING TERMS

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT).

We reserve the right to cancel orders retroactively for internal reasons related to shipping without having to disclose the exact reason. In this case, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

Domestic deliveries (Austria):

We charge shipping costs of €6 per total order.
For a total order value of €120 or more, the shipping costs will be covered by the provider.

Deliveries to EU countries:

We charge shipping costs of €9,90 per total order.
For a total order value of €200 or more, the shipping costs will be covered by the provider.

We charge shipping costs of €25 per total order.

Provision of digital content:

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content is provided to you via a link provided via email.
This email with access data to provide the digital content will be sent within 24 hours on the next working day after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within:

• Austria: 1–5 working days
• EU: 2–8 working days
• Worldwide: 8-20 working days

Excluded from this are products that are currently not in stock at PERDONA e.U., owner: Moritz Größwang, Linzer Gasse 21.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If one of the above exceptional situations applies, shipping times may increase indefinitely.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
